Use DFSReady responsibly.

Effective October 13, 2026. These terms govern your use of DFSReady and its public and subscriber features.

1. The service

DFSReady provides NBA daily-fantasy-sports decision support, explanations, projections, salary-aware surfaces, and lineup-construction tools. The service is informational and does not operate contests, accept entries, manage accounts on fantasy platforms, or place wagers.

2. Eligibility and your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws, age requirements, geolocation restrictions, contest rules, and account terms that apply where you live and play. Do not use DFSReady if doing so would violate applicable law or a platform’s terms.

3. No guarantee

DFSReady does not guarantee winnings, profitability, contest placement, player availability, a particular fantasy score, or any specific result. Projections and recommendations can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or changed by late information. You make the final decision and assume the risk of entering a contest.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or use automated account-entry tools against DFSReady or a fantasy platform. Do not copy or redistribute subscriber-only boards, lineups, exports, or explanations without written permission.

5. Ownership

DFSReady, its software, written materials, branding, and generated explanations are owned by DFSReady or its licensors. DraftKings, FanDuel, NBA, DelQuant, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. DFSReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by those parties unless expressly stated.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, slate coverage, pricing, or access levels. We may correct or remove an artifact when necessary, but pre-lock snapshots and published public records may remain archived for auditability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFSReady will not be liable for contest losses, missed opportunities, data errors, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
