Effective October 13, 2026. This policy describes the information DFSReady may handle when you visit the site, request access, or become a subscriber.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, email address, account and entitlement status, subscription and transaction metadata, support correspondence, device or log information, and the pages or features you use. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by DFSReady.

How we use it

We use information to provide the service, authenticate access, process subscriptions, deliver notices, respond to support requests, protect the service, prevent abuse, understand product usage, maintain audit records, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We may use providers for payment processing, hosting, authentication, email, analytics, error monitoring, and storage. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms and our instructions or applicable legal requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, law enforcement when legally required, or a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain financial and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. You can unsubscribe from nonessential marketing messages using the instructions in the message. Transactional and account notices may still be sent when necessary to operate your subscription.

Children

DFSReady is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to participate in the relevant fantasy contests. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
