Open proof period

From October 20 through November 30, 2026, DFSReady may provide subscriber-level access at no charge during the open proof period. Access during that period does not create a promise of continued free access.

Paid membership

Beginning December 1, 2026, the complete board, lineup concepts, exports, and full-season history may require a paid membership. The price, billing interval, and renewal date shown at checkout are part of your order terms.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before the next billing date, a paid membership renews automatically at the price and interval disclosed at checkout. We will not charge you until you have given express consent to the paid subscription terms.

No refunds

All membership payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused access, missed slates, lineup outcomes, dissatisfaction with a recommendation, or failure to cancel before renewal, except where a refund is required by applicable law or for a duplicate or unauthorized charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal through the account or billing-management method made available to you, or by contacting billing@dfsready.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a refund for the current billing period. Access normally continues through the period already paid for, unless we suspend it for abuse, fraud, or a legal requirement.

Billing issues

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicate or unauthorized. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, and its terms may also apply. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
